Phase one of the Wembley redevelopment represents a revolutionary new approach to residential architecture and design. PRP’s design aims to deliver greater communal and social interaction for residents and commercial tenants - the blocks wrap around a communal landscaped courtyard which provides space for family activities and socialising.

The design of the block has three main sides which act as a sound barrier against the noise from the streets and stadium, thus creating a calm and peaceful oasis in the centre of the courtyard.

W-01 will provide 24,000m² of residential space for 286 high quality residential apartments, 48% for mixed tenure affordable housing. The block also provides 300m² of retail and 1,000m² of community space, with a basement car park for 132 cars and 286 secure bicycle storage spaces.
