The Park is a new mixed use development located at one of the key entrances to Abu Dhabi Island. The brief was to create a distinctive design for this key site while maximising the sites potential. The proposal creates a dynamic and distinctive building by using strong geometries that define the uses of the building and different elevation treatments that relate to the orientation and location of the site.
The proposal provides 250 keys for a courtyard by Marriott Hotel with food and beverage facilities, health club, retail and ground level and circa 200,000 sq.ft of office space over ten levels. The project is in the design phase at present.
