The site is located at the entrance of The Emerald Gateway Development leading into Abu Dhabi. The buildings have been designed to maximise site potential by creating a landmark that defines the ‘gateway to the gateway’ strategic location.

The central tower integrates with the beginning of the canal by giving the impression of a water source breaking through the walls and glazing into more fluid curves, the long strips create a feeling of water flowing into one end of the canal.

The top of the building differentiates the landmark project from its context. The treatment of the glazing and introducing a randomly meshed screen gives a flame effect at night and becomes a glowing beacon that floats and rises up to entrance of Abu Dhabi Island.
