Role: Lead Master Planner & Environmental Consultant

Working in collaboration with Arup, PRP are developed proposals to provide a high value low volume tourist development on the island of St Helena.

This has involved developing a masterplan for a 450-acre estate, incorporating an Ecohotel, re-establishment of endemic forest and productive landscape of market gardens and orchards. The estate would provide a spectacular setting and organic produce for the hotel accommodation at the same time making a major contribution to conservation initiatives and potentially kick-starting the island’s present flagging agricultural industry.
