At the crossroads of Europe and Asia, Sochi has a rich and vibrant history dating back to the Byzantine Era.
Sochi is now renowned as the largest health resort in Russia, unique in its natural climactic characteristics. Located in a ‘subtropical zone’, its Mediterranean-like climate, vegetation and warm sea make it an attractive destination for holidaymakers from across Russia and beyond as the ‘Russian Riviera’.
On completion, this project will deliver 240,000 sq m of luxury residential, underground parking, retail and office space, a 5* hotel with a private members club, spa/ health/fitness facilities and a business/conference centre.
