PRP’s winning international design proposal is for a new and exclusive residential development in the prestigious western district of Moscow. “Rublevo Residence”, owned and managed by Russian developer ST Group, will comprise 134 large townhouses and a separate spa/fitness centre, located on a unique and ecologically sensitive woodland site.
The main aim of the project is to provide luxurious residential
living in harmony with the natural forestation, which dominates almost 70% of the site. PRP’s design also includes a self-contained spa/fitness centre, with bar/restaurant; providing a focal point for social interaction within the
gated community.
The townhouse design centres on a dividing stone wall axis which provides privacy for neighbouring houses but more importantly enables the townhouses to accommodate the varying typography. The design focuses on harmonising residential design with its densely wooded site by the absence of property boundary walls and the inclusion of vaulted floor to ceiling windows.
