The Bulb Factory is located in Western China. The brownfield site provides a harmonious mix of modern apartments feature aerial gardens alongside tradition Chinese residential blocks.
Reaching 30 storeys the residential units are situated above ground floor retail and a landscape public realm.
On completion in 2009, the scheme will provide a sustainable mix of leisure, retail, and residential with high quality public realm.
