This mixed use scheme plans the re-placement of an existing market with a new open-air facility built to comply with current health, servicing, natural lighting and car parking standards.

Ground floor level will accommodate the new market, with a 1,000m² library on the first floor with car parking for 350 vehicles. The levels above range from 6 to 18 storeys providing 350 residential units.

Public art is being used to integrate the market and library and celebrate the wide range of food which is drawn from many parts of the world and sold on the market stalls. The street frontage has been expanded to maximise and encourage visibility from within and into the market itself.
