Munya joined PRP|Ai in 2009 as Project and Cost Manager, has a degree in Quantity Surveying, and has been in Project Management for 12 years. He has been involved in an range of developments including mixed use, commercial, residential, education and leisure.
Prior to joining PRPIAi Munya was Design & Build Manager at ANC Contracting in Dubai (part of the ANcC Group of Companies which includes Gulf Precision Metal Work and Thomas Bennet Gulf). He was responsible for implementation of company projects from Design to Construction, wherein he acted as Client Representative to the Company’s Chairman during Design, and as Project Manager to the Design Team, and during Construction he co-ordinate the design and construction activities of the various sister companies for the delivery of the final product.
Before this Munya worked as a Cost & Project Management Consultant in the United Kingdom.

PRP|Ai, Abu Dhabi - Sept 2009 - present (Cost & Project Manager)
Al Hayar farms community, Abu Dhabi Design for the Al Hayar Farms master plan providing up to 2000 farms, livestock market, Milk Collection Centers, Management buildings, Biogas production plant, and associated secondary facilities, including all main infrastructure and services. Sustainable Villas, Abu Dhabi. Design of a new residential concept designed to reduce energy and water consumption within the local Emiratis homes by providing Environmentally Sustainable and Economically affordable Villas for Emiratis. The Villas reduce water consumption by 67% and energy by 50% over traditional designs. The Estidama Pearl rating system is being used on this project. The concept will be used for master plans of 5,000 to 10,000 Villas in the UAE.
