Key Data

Andrew is Director (Environmental) with particular experience of sustainability projects including large scale regeneration, commercial, hospitality and residential developments. He leads PRP’s Environmental Services team and also sits on the practice wide Sustainability Steering Group and chairs the London office Sustainability Group.

His current role involves developing sustainability strategies on projects, including energy efficiency, low and zero carbon technologies, water and waste management and material specification. Besides the environmental issues, his role involves consideration of the social and economic aspects of sustainability.

His team offer consultancy services on projects of varying sizes and types, developing practical but innovative solutions, which are appropriate to the project whilst meeting the requirements of the client and statutory bodies.

Andrew provides sustainability training for PRP’s staff, clients and consultants. He has written a number of articles on environmental issues for construction journals and regularly speaks at industry conferences.

Velika Plaza, Montenegro

Client: Ministry of Economic Development Design proposals for 30,000 key tourist resort on Montenegro coastline. Solutions responded to local ecology and natural landscape whilst aiming to promote green tourism and enhance local financial income.

The Park, Abu Dhabi

Client: Emirates International Properties New Hotel and Office building which considers traditional passive solar and cooling principles whilst minimising water and energy consumption.
