PRP-Ai - Our practice is a prestigious partnership between UAE-based practice Architects International and PRP, Uk's Architectural Practice of the Year 2007. Our design philosophy is informed by a passionate interest in place making and sustainability and deliverying an outstanding personal service to our clients.

PRP-Ai has a small studio with highly imaginative and creative designers and architects, who are passionate about designing cutting edge and imaganative buildings while contributing to the protection of our environment.

Designing high rise living, tall buildings and skyscrapers requires specialist knowledge – our experts possess critical know how of tall building structure and safety, building services, elevator structure, gravity and wind resistance and are able to produce a variety of vertical designs that are practical, comfortable and effective. Our approach stems from a concern for people and how they will use and enjoy the buildings that we create. Efficient and elegant space planning, combined with good daylighting and sunlighting, are essential characteristics of our work. Attention to detail and using refined and well crafted materials that will age gracefully have been the hallmark of PRP-AI‘s work since our earliest days in practice. Today, these basic qualities remain central to our thinking but we combine them with an innovative and enquiring approach to meet the more complex agendas of sustainability and modern construction techniques.
